Justin Brooks is a lifelong resident of Upstate South Carolina. He, his wife Holly and their three children live in Six Mile, SC.
He has worked in construction his entire life. He started out in his family's residential construction company during high school, later working for several large general contractors across South Carolina.
Justin holds a bachelor's degree from Southern Wesleyan University and a master's degree in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University.
He has held senior leadership roles on large civil, environmental, treatment, collection, linear and stream restoration projects for the past 12 years.
In an industry climate dominated by production building and efficiency, Justin aims to take a step back in time when relationships, personal attention and details mattered.
Clough
Bryan, Jenny and their two boys moved from Ohio to South Carolina in 2022.
Bryan Clough has spent his entire life working in construction, building a reputation for hard work, reliability, and getting the job done right.
Having experience across residential construction, commercial construction, and heavy civil construction, Bryan has a refined, yet broad skill set.
For 12 years, Bryan owned and operated Lake Effects Development, taking on jobs of all sizes—from excavation and groundwork to building custom tailored buildings, homes and outdoor spaces.
His degree in Business Management has helped him successfully run projects with professionalism and organization, with an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction.
Bryan takes pride in hands-on attention to detail, making sure every project is completed with quality and care.
